Certified organic massage oil, cream, or souffle is used for this therapeutic deep treatment. This unique Experience is once a week for 5 weeks and is very fulfilling for both mother and baby. This experience consists of one hour each week for five weeks. Mothers will learn massage techniques for their infant, and learn how to bond and attach to their child and a very deep level. Infants from birth to 12 months is preferred for this experience. Other benefits include improved circulation , sleep issues, better growth and development in premature babies, digestion or colic issues .

Enjoy a combination of Ashiatsu (Jennifer will stand on top of the table and use her feet to apply pressure to your back, glutes, feet, hands, hamstrings in a theraputeic and professional fashion) plus a deep tissue full-body massage with only the finest organic ingredients.  Specialized technology will be used to achieve optimal results and it depends on what is best for you!  Some examples of technology that may be used is frequency therapy, LED light Therapy, warming LED Light Therapy for pain relief, hydrotherapy, cryotherapy, or hydrotherapy.  Additionally, the infrared sauna will be included either before or after your session if it is indicated for you.  Aromatherapy is also included.  Jennifer is a trained Functional Health Practitioner so you may also discuss any of your life, health, or wellness goals for a plan to be developed. (At the North location, there is Cryotherapy and Contrast Therapy).

Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on massage technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Fascia is a structure of connective tissues that surround muscles, blood vessels and nerves. Myofascial release is an alternative medicine therapy which helps to relax contracted muscles, improving blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulating the stretch reflex in muscles.

This massage is customized and can be light to deep pressure. A variety of techniques are used for relaxation and to achieve your desired result. This massage is performed in our lovely escape room. Couples, friends, or family may enjoy this experience together.  We have a Coastal Together room at the North location OR a Escape Together room at the main location.
