Cancellation/No Show Policy
When you schedule an appointment at Purely You Spa, we reserve our time exclusively for you. Therefore we require a credit card to reserve your appointment time. A 24-hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid a 50% charge of services reserved. No-shows will result in 100% billing equal to the total amount of services reserved. Please do not leave a message cancelling your appointment with our offsite team or on our voicemail with under 24 hours notice. 100% of your treatment fee will be charged to the credit card on file. Some of our amazing team members travel sometimes over an hour to come to assist our guests and spa members feel amazing and we must respect their time and compensate them for their time.
We recommend that you plan to arrive at least fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so this can give you some time to potentially get lost (we don’t wish that to happen, but it is common for the first time). We would like you to have adequate time to check in, relax, unwind, and fill out any necessary forms. If you prefer, you may print out the forms prior to your appointment or even better fill out the forms online that were sent to you electronically. Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service as well as take advantage of the relaxation area. If you arrive too early to your appointment, out from door may be closed and if that occurs, don’t worry we may just be finishing up with our guests.
Please help us by arriving for your appointment on time so that you may receive your full service. For late arrivals, your appointment time may be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled client. The full value of your treatment will be applied.
Cellular Phones & Pagers
For consideration of all our clients, please mute all cellular phones and pagers before entering the spa. Thank you for your consideration.
We are a health conscious Spa where smoking is not permitted.
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items such as clothes, accessories and jewelry. On Spa days, please consider leaving your jewelry and other valuables at home…. one less thing to worry about.
Gratuities are not included in the price of our services; although, gratuities are appreciated for excellent service.
Credit Card Payments
For your convienience, we do take credit card payments, but we must charge a 4% convienience fee on this payment. We encourage you to pay with cash, debit card, or check. Should you want to use Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Clover…we can also coordinate those options for you as well if that makes things easier for you. We just request that you let us know in advance so that we may assist you with coordinating your payment preferably prior to your session.
FYI: Main Location
This location is located at 3066 Tamiami Trail North Suite 302 Naples, FL 34103 and is within the tallest buidling in the Naples Square Plaza. We are on the 3rd floor. In this facility, we have a Green Room, Asia Room, Rain Room, Escape Room, Dream Room, White Room, Belleza Room, and a Relaxation Lounge with Spa Boutique by the lobby.

This location is located at 7935 Airport Pulling Road Naples, FL 34109 and is located within the “Wellness Suites” on the 2nd floor of the building that has Parmesan Pete’s and Orange Theory. We have 4 suites: (207) Coastal Room, (210) Salt Room, (211) Diamond Room, and the (213) Earth Room.
If you are unsure about your appointment location, please call or text us 239-331-8266. There are some occasions where our system will send an automated message confirming the wrong location. We strive to ensure that all our guests and spa members know exactly where they are going so that you don’t have to stress!
